We first met Christopher Edwards when he came to sort out some long term problems we had been having with our ageing flat panel solar hot water service. His approach was methodical and analytical and he soon discovered that the problems were due to faulty installation. In 10 years, no one else had ever come close to identifying or fixing these.
After a time, the pump failed and we asked him to install a new one. Instead, he suggested we replace the whole system with a much more efficient Apricus solar hot water service and promptly sent us a quote at a very competitive price that we could not refuse. The replacement was carried out quickly and efficiently. I like to know how things work and Christopher explained the ins and outs of our new system very clearly.
We keep coming back to Zenplumb because of the great communication, competitive prices and excellent workmanship but most of all because of the generous and kind nature of the owner. An example of this is that when installing the HWS, he noticed a broken tile on another part of the roof and replaced it on the spot.
